AWESOME!! Extremely prompt and professional service. Called McDaddy's and received same day service and dramatic results! Our rent house looks like a whole new house with the mold gone and driveways and sidewalks clean. State of the art equipment used as well. Resale value on a house would definitely increase with a service from McDaddy's.

I had McDaddy's Pressure washing remove a rust stain that i couldn’t get rid of on the side of my house - brick and siding. Also, he pressure washed the side , back stamped patio, brick and windows, and even added some more pressure washing for free on areas he saw that weren’t included in my quote. He is VERY knowledgeable about what chemicals to use , and taught me ways to get rid of the mold and dark spots on the siding and brick and stones with bleach, etc. without having to pressure wash each time. I highly recommend him . He has the pressure washer equipment and 200 ft hose in his van - it is commercial grade and much more efficient than the pressure washer in my garage ( which is broken)

We received the dreaded HOA letter prompting us to have the siding cleaned. I must admit I don't look up at the siding that often, I will now. Based on recommendations here and my conversation with Ken, we went with McDaddy's. He did a great job and showed my hubby some things he can do to hopefully stop the mold from returning or at least slow it down.

I got more than I paid for. Don't get me wrong. The price was in line with competitors. At the end of their visit, though, I was armed with advice and techniques that'll likely save me many thousands of dollars. McDaddy's will make your home's exterior look great again, and then they'll tell you how to keep it that way. What's more, they'll also explain why what they recommend will work. Worth every penny. I highly recommend this company.

I have previously rented a machine and done my own power washing but a HOA notice about mold on my chimney and quick climb up up the ladder changed my mind. My roof is too steep and I am too clumsy. We received multiple fliers for power washing service but all of the guys answering became evasive when I asked about where they're based and if they have insurance. A google search led me to McDaddy's. They have an actual address and not just a cell-phone number. Their website provides price information and a demonstration of their work. And, best of all, they are insured. As impressed as I was, the service still exceeded my expectations. Ken and Eric went above and beyond for us. Ken gave me straight estimate and a thorough explanation of not only what to expect but the logic behind their process. On arrival, Eric took the time to listen to my concerns and made suggestions for simple repairs and small changes to our slab-side landscaping to reduce the mold issues going forward. It started raining, which I thought would require another appointment but Eric pushed through and completed the job. As you can see from the before-and-after photos below, we are completely satisfied with the job.

Every few years, we've needed a pressure wash for our house, driveway, sidewalks, and pool deck. Each time, I've called McDaddy's Pressure Washing & Carpet Cleaning. Scheduling is flexible, and he arrived when he said he would. He's professional and conscientious, the work is thorough and not rushed. The end result is always quite impressive, and the final cost has always been exactly what he quoted at the start -- no added charges. The price is very reasonable, especially when you consider the amount of time he spends on the job. He also took the time to explain how I can do some of the maintenance on my own. I will definitely call them again when I need pressure washing, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Called Ken a week ago about getting an estimate on power washing my house and surrounding concrete. He pulled up my home online and went though how much it would be to complete the job. He price was very fair so I set up an appointment for yesterday. Ken called earlier on the day and said he had something come up but would still be coming just later than what he had stated. Not a big deal. He showed up later that afternoon and was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We walked around my house and he went through what he would be doing and how he would be doing it. He spent nearly 4 1/2 hours doing the job. My brick house and concrete was pretty bad before I had this job done. When everyone's complete Ken came to the door and informed he was finished and for me to come and inspect his work. My house and surrounding concrete looked like when we 1st bought the house. Ken gave me some pointers on how to keep everything looking good and that was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend McDaddy's to anyone in need of having pressure washing done to there house and concrete!

We called McDaddy's Pressure Washing and Carpet Cleaning after we were let down by another company. I spoke to Ken and told him our situation and that we had another appointment at 1pm but the company came and left before 1pm and refused to come back even though our appointment time was at 1pm and it was not even 1pm yet..... Anyways, Ken was very nice and understanding and advised that he was clear after an appointment he had at 3pm in the area and even though he didn't plan on taking on any other clients he would be happy to help us. Ken arrived just before 6pm and explained everything in detail to us as what equipment he uses, (professional grade) the chemicals used and what to expect when he was finished. He advised cleanliness and a good thorough job is really important to him and whether he is doing one of his commercial clients like Clear Lake Regional Hospital or someone residential like me, he won't leave until the client is 100% satisfied. Ken spent about two hours pressure washing our home, driveway and surrounding sidewalk and the roadway in from of our drive. He was absolutely professional in the way he conducted himself and best of all we got everything and more from his company done with a top notch job. If you want a truly local to the Pearland area company to do a professional commercial or residential job, you can trust and rely on McDaddy's and Ken to take care of you.
